Eligibility Criteria
ACETECH is exclusively for past and present CEOs and Presidents of growth oriented technology companies that develop products and services for new and existing markets.
Past CEOs who were previously eligible to attend ACETECH and who are actively engaged in the industry as an investor or director of a technology company are welcome to attend. The President of the company is eligible to attend if the CEO cannot, but both the President and CEO may not attend together. General Managers of local divisions of international companies with 50 staff or more in British Columbia may also participate, provided they are the most senior person locally and have responsibility for local product design.
Pure distributors, resellers, professional services firms, consultants and outsourcing firms are not eligible to attend ACETECH events and programs except as sponsors.
While we realize that some might feel our policy is exclusionary, we are committed to making the ACETECH experience as valuable as possible for its constituents. Code of Conduct
There is a strict "no selling" policy at ACETECH that CEOs value. Attendees that blatantly try to sell products or services will be asked to leave and will not be eligible to attend further events. There is a culture of brutal honesty at ACETECH and a frankness and openness that you won't find at other forums. In order to get the most value out of your ACETECH experience you need to be able to speak freely in an environment of trust. We ask that you respect the confidentiality of the experiences that are shared among your peers.
