CEO Roundtables are made up of 10 - 12 CEOs of non-competing technology companies that typically meet 8 times per year (every month to six weeks). Meetings often take place over dinner from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. in the private dining room of a restaurant.
To join a group, you must commit to make a serious effort to attend 75% of the meetings (3 out of 4). The group schedules meeting dates in advance. Everyone has busy travel and work schedules, but this level of attendance is essential in order for the group to develop the trust and understanding of each others businesses to have productive meetings.
Those interested in joining a CEO Roundtable are required to attend a complimentary training sessions in their area in order to get involved.
The training sessions are designed to train everyone as a participant and group leader. The agenda will include a set of tools and techniques such as the code of conduct, effective communication, accountability and best practices for group meetings, and conflict resolution.
The cost of membership is $200 per year, and does not include the cost of meals.
