Market Expansion Program
As a CEO in the Market Expansion Program, you will learn how to become a more effective leader so that you grow your team and scale your operations.
The goal of the Market Expansion Program is to expose you to world class thought leaders and best practices into key operational areas, and help you manage the rapid growth of your company. As part of the Market Expansion Program, you will join a facilitated support group composed of peers that you can turn to for advice and guidance in good times and bad.

Mentoring
In all likelihood, you will continue to work with the same mentor team that you worked with if you have been involved in other Growth Strategy Programs. If you don’t already have mentors, you will have the option to join the BCIC Mentor Program.
The program includes:
Membership in a CEO Roundtable
- The group consists of 8 – 10 technology CEOs from non-competing firms, that meet approximately 8 - 9 times per year for 3 – 4 hours.
Annual Symposium at Whistler
- Designed as the retreat for all CEO Roundtables, the Whistler Symposium presents leading edge business concepts, strategies and best practices lifting you from the day-to-day operations to a new level of thinking.
Best Practices Workshops
- Each year, ACETECH delivers interactive workshops with practical tools that can be implemented the next day at the office. Upcoming workshops include:
- One Page Strategic Plan – presented by Kevin Lawrence
- Sales Workshop – presented by Steve Traplin
Industry Outlook
- An annual economic forecast or industry review presented by a subject matter expert.
