Another few days away from home does not mean time away from your family. Delegates are encouraged to bring their companions and kids to Whistler to enjoy quality time and activities on the mountain.
Companion Program
Companions can join delegates for social events and dinners:
Welcome Reception & 20th Anniversary Dinner - Wednesday, March 28
Reception from 5:30 to 6:30pm followed by plated dinner $125 (includes hosted bar)
Networking Reception and Dinner followed by Mc Millan's Scotch Tasting - Thursday, March 29
Cocktails from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. followed by buffet dinner $125 (includes hosted bar)
** Tickets for these can be purchased at the ACETECH registration desk throughout the event**
Discounted Lift Tickets
Lift tickets at discounted rates are available from Wednesday, March 28 through Sunday, April 2. Tickets may be purchased and picked up at the ACETECH registration desk. In addition, a 10% discount will be available on equipment rentals and ski lessons.
Complimentary Ski Programs for Kids
The Whistler/Blackcomb Kids Programs are available for kids aged 3 to 12 years on March 29 & 30. ACETECH makes these programs complimentary to all delegates. All programs include a healthy lunch and snacks.
Whistler Kids instructors know what it takes. They are highly trained professional ski and snowboard pros who like to take care of kids and teach them how to become better at skiing or snowboarding. They understand the uncertainty that comes with learning new things and they coax, encourage and care for kids every step of the way.
Whistler Kids Adventure Zones are designed to pique a child's imagination while providing a fun environment for developing skills. A mystical castle, enchanted forests, secret forts and the magical animals draw Whistler Kids into a world of their own.
