What does the ACETECH Growth Strategy Program Provide?
The goal for each company involved in the Growth Strategy Program is to double their revenue from the previous year. 60% of this year's participants have achieved this goal!!!

Here is How the Program Works:
The Growth Strategy Program is a series of learning experiences in three parts:
- 2 full day Best Practices Workshops, including "The Dynamics of Technology Market Development" (based on the Geoffrey Moore's "Crossing the Chasm"), and "Mastering the One Page Strategic Plan" (based on Verne Harnish's "Mastering the Rockefeller Habits"). These workshops will be delivered exclusively for the members of the Growth Strategy Program. CEOs are encouraged to register their executive team to participate with them in the workshops
- The Growth Strategy Forum The Growth Strategy Forum is a powerful component of the program that will engage participants in learning and applying best practices fundamentals and principles using actionable tools and models. Participants become members of a tightly knit group of CEOs (from non-competing companies) to leverage and expand the learning. The Growth Strategy Forum is led by an ACETECH Mentor and a facilitator and is supported by topical experts as needed. The mentor is a past technology CEO.
Participants go step-by-step through the process of developing their own and their group members' path to high performance outcomes in a series of nine (9) sessions throughout the year. Group members are committed to supporting each other in making positive improvements in their organization and hold each other accountable for self-imposed goals that can often be missed without consequence if the CEO does not have a formal Board of Directors.
Forum meetings are full day meetings that combine short theory bursts with practical application to each CEOs business. The theory is presented by the Forum leader and subject matter experts. Members then break into peer support groups (maximum of six per group) to work through the practicalities of the topic using the tools provided. Each peer support group is lead by an expert resource/mentor.
- Mentorship: Members of the Growth Strategy Forum receive one-on-one attention and guidance from the ACETECH Mentor through a combination of in-person and regular coaching calls to help apply the principles, strategies and tactics and to carefully monitor each company's progress. This on-going support and mentoring from the forum leader ensures that plans take shape and that participants are meeting their goals.
Participants in the program will also be groomed as future mentors to ensure sustainability of the program.
How to Get Involved?
Only 24 spots are available for the Growth Strategy Program. To be considered for membership, please complete a memberhip request form. All candidates will be interviewed in November, and meetings for those confirmed in the program will begin in January.
The cost of the entire program (Including the two workshops, 9 monthly meetings and the one-on-one coaching, is $4995 (payment in full or in installments, by special arrangement).
Participants must commit to attending both workshops and a minimum of 7 of the 9 monthly meetings. Meeting dates will be set in advance.
