Second Year Program: Get Traction in Your Market
Once the CEO has learned the skills in the first year and started working with the processes, the focus in the second year is to ensure that there is traction in everything that's going on. Growth Strategy Forum
The Growth Strategy Forum consists of 4 full day interactive sessions throughout the year led by an ACETECH mentor and supported by subject matter experts. The program focuses on these success factors:

Execution: address the top 10 issues with the one-page plan, and get your cash flow under control

Leadership: Focus on changing behaviours. Identify what best looks like, where you stand on the curve and how to clos the gaps. It is the 80/20 rule in action - figure out the few things that will make the greatest impact and go for it!

Best Practices Workshops
Delegates will attend two full day workshops on "cash flow strategy" and "sales leadership".
Mentoring
The second year includes 6 mentoring sessions. The mentor's role is to work with the CEO to ensure that their plan and expected results are delivered, and to diagnose and work with them if there are any deficiencies.
