Registration Fees
CDN $2195.00 + GST, fees include all conference sessions, workshops, meals (beginning with breakfast on Wednesday and ending with lunch on Friday) and an afternoon of VIP sports activities. In addition, children aged 3 - 12 years receive free ski/snowboard school or childcare (delegates must be a registered guest at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler to take advantage of this complimentary program) . Fees do not include travel or hotel costs. Please see the section on Hotel & Travel for more information.

Eligibility
To be eligible to attend the ACETECH Symposium at Whistler, the delegate must be the CEO of a for-profit technology or life sciences company. The CEO is the highest-ranking executive officer of the corporation who is the main report to the company's board of directors. The President of the company is eligible if the CEO cannot attend, but both the President and CEO may not attend together. ACETECH attendees must reaffirm their eligibility on a yearly basis and all registrations are subject to approval by the ACETECH Board.
A qualifying technology company is one which sells or aims to sell a proprietary technology product or service that depends on it own intellectual property.
